It is always best to be prepared and make sure your wills and trusts are set up correctly, so there is no confusion and all your wishes are carried out as planned.  At a minimum a complete estate plan consists of a Will or Revocable Trust (based on the needs and desires of the particular client), a Power of Attorney for financial matter and an Advance Medical Directive for health care needs.
